deluxe hotel in mandalay. it had a minibar, a flat-screen tv with cable channels and a work desk in the rooms, enjoyed that.

It's located on an noisy street.

Fantastic views of city from the room. Easy walk to shwe khaing barbeque, where you can have lunch. Hotels staff were HELPFUL. It's best value.
